Bearing assembly – a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection
and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are
required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
Liners – easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing
for positive attachment and east of maintenance. Hard metal liners
are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomeric.
Elastomeric seal rings back all liner joints.
The cover plate is produced using elastomer or hard metal,
such as natural rubber, high - chromium alloy, etc.
It has various sizes and styles, and the installation is very easy.
Additionally, OEM design is accepted. This product is also named as
slurry pump liner, and it is also an overflow component. It can
form a pump chamber with throat bush and frame plate liner insert.
Meanwhile, it is white iron with high-chromium alloy whose content

Casing – Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reinforcing
ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra
measure of safety.
Impeller – front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce
recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded
elastomeric impellers are completely interchangeable. Cast in
impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and
high head designs are also available.
Throat bush – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered
mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly
and simple removal.
One-piece frame – a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing
and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is
provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller

Submersible slurry pump Use Conditions:
1. The power source is 50Hz/380V,60hz,415v,220v,3 phases(If the
voltage have special requirements, please inform in advance)
2.The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60°C, and it does not
contain inflammable or explosive gases.If the tempreture is
higher,we can add pressured cooling system.
3.The maximum weight concentration of the ash is 30% and maximum
weight concentration of the slag is 60%.
4. Maximum submerged depth under the water is 20 meters, the
minimum submerged depth takes submerging of the motor as reference.
5. Working status in the medium is vertically and continuous
